Good pronunciation is necessary in learning English. Instead of listening or mimicking the words, teachers can create another effective way to teach pronunciation so that students can “SEE” and “FEEL “the words visually with NotebookLM. I myself use this way to plan the lesson for my students and they feel very excited about this method.
First of all, what is “Typographic pronunciation” in learning English. This is the way students study English through displaying visual letters .Teachers use length of letters, color of letters, bold letters, distance of letters… so that students can pronounce the words creatively. Then, Teachers teach students to use stress, syllables, linking sounds and intonation. As usual, pronunciation is learned traditionally. However, with this way, Teachers vary from sound to picture so that students can study English effectively. Teachers can transform vocabularies into “picture of sound” .Teachers design new words vividly so students can expose language deeply.
In conclusion, in using “ TYPOGRAPHIC PRONUNCIATION’ART with NotebookLM is a useful way in learning English so that students can develop the ability of studying vocab breakthroughly.
